When every hour matters
Air Freight Forwarding Services
Priority uplift, careful handling and a clearance desk that stays with your cargo from booking to release.
Cargo that cannot wait for the next available flight
Air freight is bought for one reason: time. So the measure of the service is not the rate on the quotation, it is whether the cargo actually flew when it was supposed to.
We book against confirmed space rather than a hopeful allocation, raise the airway bill ourselves, and hand the consignment to a clearance desk that already has the paperwork. Where cargo is temperature-sensitive or perishable, the cold chain is arranged before the booking is confirmed, not improvised at the terminal.
If a flight is pulled, we rebook and tell you — usually before the airline's own notification reaches your inbox.

Air Freight Forwarding Services: frequently asked questions
How long does air freight from Delhi take?
Transit on the flight itself is usually a day or two to most major destinations; the variable is what happens either side of it — space availability, terminal acceptance cut-offs and customs clearance. We book against confirmed space rather than an allocation, so the cargo flies on the flight it was booked on.
How is air freight charged, and what is chargeable weight?
Airlines charge on the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight, calculated as length × width × height in centimetres divided by 6000. Light, bulky cargo is therefore priced on the space it occupies. Send us the dimensions with the weight and we will tell you which one your consignment will be rated on.
Can you handle perishable and temperature-controlled air cargo?
Yes. For perishables, pharmaceuticals and other temperature-sensitive consignments the cold chain is arranged before the booking is confirmed — cool storage at the terminal, the right handling code on the airway bill, and a clearance desk holding the paperwork so the cargo is not left waiting warm.
What happens if the flight is cancelled or my cargo is offloaded?
We rebook on the next viable service and tell you, usually before the airline’s own notification reaches your inbox. Where the cargo genuinely cannot wait, we will quote a charter or a priority uplift rather than let it sit.
Do you ship dangerous goods by air?
We coordinate dangerous goods movements with the documentation, packing and labelling the airline requires, using staff trained for that cargo. Send us the safety data sheet with your enquiry and we will confirm what the airline will accept before anything is booked.
