Built for the aircraft it flies on
Air Cargo Loading Services
Palletisation, build-up and securing to airline standard, so your cargo is accepted first time.
Cargo the airline accepts without an argument
An aircraft will not take cargo that is badly built. Overhanging a pallet, exceeding a contour, missing a weight declaration — any of these gets the consignment offloaded, and the next flight may be a day away.
We build cargo onto unit load devices and pallets to the airline's contour, strap and net it, shrink-wrap where the cargo needs protecting, and prepare the weight and balance paperwork that goes with it. Dangerous goods and cold-chain consignments are built by staff trained for them.
The point is simple: the cargo is accepted on presentation, and it flies on the flight it was booked on.

Air Cargo Loading Services: frequently asked questions
What is a ULD, and why does the build matter?
A unit load device is the container or pallet your cargo flies on, and it has to be built to the aircraft’s contour. Cargo that overhangs the pallet, exceeds the contour or arrives without a weight declaration is refused at acceptance, and the next flight may be a day away.
Do you palletise and secure cargo for the airline?
Yes. We build cargo onto pallets and ULDs to the airline’s contour, strap and net it, shrink-wrap where the cargo needs protecting, and prepare the weight and balance paperwork that goes with the consignment.
Can you build dangerous goods and cold-chain consignments?
Those are built by staff trained for that cargo, with the segregation, labelling and documentation the airline requires. The aim is simple: the cargo is accepted on presentation and flies on the flight it was booked on.
