A freight desk in New Delhi, answering for the whole movement.
We move cargo by air, sea and road, and we clear it through customs ourselves. One team, one reference number, one person who can tell you where your shipment is.
Most freight problems are not transport problems. The cargo is rarely lost — it is waiting. Waiting on a document nobody asked for, a query nobody answered, or a vehicle nobody booked. Every part of how we work is built around removing that waiting.
We are a freight forwarding and customs clearance company working out of New Delhi, close to the IGI cargo terminal. We handle import and export movements by air, ocean and road, clear them through customs with our own licensed desk, and store or consolidate them where that makes the shipment cheaper or simpler.
What we do not do is hand you between departments. The person who books your shipment is the person who can tell you why it is held, and what is being done about it.
